Candidate for reelection. Born Montreal 1919. Served as Spitfire Pilot for RCAF in Burma. Commercial Pilot and Flying Instructor. Occupation Chief Estimator, Lilly Construction Company. Competed in all but a couple of AMA events, and invented a few of his own. Started right after “Lindy” and never let up. Founded several model clubs interested in Control Line, Free Flight, and Radio Control. Operated his own and Jordan Marsh Company’s Hobby Shops and is familiar with all phases of the hobby, as a contestant, official and sponsor. President interest lies mainly in Radio Control, having founded the New England Radio Control Champs 11 years ago. Edited club paper, Relay Chatter, for several years. “I am a strong advocate of mufflers for all type of events and have not yet heard of anybody being evicted using a muffler. Have enjoyed this year assisting in straightening out the AMA’s tangled confusion and hope to be reelected so we can finish the job.”
